The hotel is overall clean and has quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Very friendly and attentive staff, they smile all the time. Its location so close to everything is excellent and amazing. And it's close enough to a restaurant's, Chester by train, and centre.

Plenty of gorgeous food. The deluxe king room with bath and a king bed in plus a shower. Brilliant and incredible location in Chester, near to bus/train station as well as the zoo. Besides, excellant for visiting Chester Cathedral.

We really enjoyed staying here, the place met requirements. The restaurant was big and the food was excellent. The location was great and incredible, and we could reach Newgate by walking. The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying an ideal area.
